Watch to review. This is what I was trying to do in class.
It took a long time to do this in class, and it was occasionally confusing. Do you think you would have understood and remembered it just as well if you had only watched the video?
WHAT MAKES LEARNING STICK?

Take the questionnaire to find your own learning style. Read the page which suggests strategies for learning and retaining information. Summarize and add to the page of notes.
Check: Did you go to all 3 websites?
Now review the last chapter, Chapter 11, Introduction to Genetics, by reading aloud your study guide summary on pages 63-64, and filling in the vocabulary review on page 65. I'm serious about that reading aloud part. No mumbling. I will be able to tell. [Now figure out why I'm asking you to do this.]
REMINDER: art project on Monday is the Easter mini-garden. I will bring in pottery, soil, moss, sticks, but feel free to bring in anything extra, like tiny plants or symbols or your favorite rocks, crown of thorns??
Avery & Lasleys: did you read that children's book I gave you a few weeks ago, preferably to a younger sibling? I hope so, and please return. Thanks.
